Facility Rates:

All fees are per day/ per space/per facility user
Rental Fees are for facility use only; custodial, equipment and needed personnel may be additional fees

Facility Rental Information:

Base/Soft Ball fields require dragging and lining. These services will be provided by a school district field supervisor. $15 per hour will be charged to the facility user for these services.

Facility use that requires lights on the football field will be charged an extra $10 per hour.
Facility use that requires air conditioning will pay $10-$50 per use depending on area size.
Food is only allowed in the following spaces: HS Cafetorium, Ala-Cart Area, Kitchens, Experience Room, HS FACS Room, CEC Cubs Club Area and Concession Stand.
Fees and services not listed will be up to the discretion of the Community Education Director.
Kitchen personnel are required if using any of the kitchen facilities at Kimball Area Public Schools.

When employee time is devoted to or necessitated by the event/activity, the renter pays the personnel fee listed below.

Hourly rate is subject to change based on contractual negotiations. Two (2) hour minimum.
